Welcome to CrushDMs.

CrushDMs is an iOS application that lets you analyze screenshots of your chats and DMs to receive a playful, AI-powered read on the conversation, including statistics and interpretive insights.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions under which you may access and use the Application and its Services. By using the Application, or by subscribing to CrushDMs Premium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Our Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms.

1. Definitions

"User" – Any individual accessing or using CrushDMs. "Application" – The mobile application CrushDMs, available on iOS. "Services" – All functionality provided by CrushDMs, including AI-powered conversation analysis, statistics, and interpretive insights. "Content" – Any screenshot, image, or text you upload for analysis. "Analysis" – Any automated report, score, statistic, interpretation, or AI-generated insight produced by the Application.

1. Description of the Service

CrushDMs provides AI-powered conversational analysis tools that let you:

• select screenshots of conversations from messaging or social media platforms;
• obtain statistics about a conversation (for example, who texts first, message balance, response timing);
• receive AI-generated interpretations and insights, such as an estimated interest level, red flags, communication style, and suggested replies.

Analyses are automated and probabilistic. CrushDMs does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any interpretation, prediction, or AI-generated conclusion. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

1. Eligibility

By using the Application, you confirm that:

• you are at least 13 years old (the Application is rated 13+);
• if you are under 18, you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Application;
• you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
• you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
• you are authorized to upload the Content you submit.
